The Comedy Central series created by Derek Waters and produced Will Ferrell sees intoxicated celebrity narrators such as Jen Kirkman and Paget Brewster recall dubious historical events.

Season two of Drunk History will feature Lithgow playing George Washington, while Ryder is set to play the wife of Benedict Arnold (Chris Parnell).
Arrested Development cast members David Cross, Alia Shawkat and Tony Hale will all appear in Drunk History, as will Patton Oswalt, Terry Crews, Johnny Knoxville, Jason Momoa and 'Weird Al' Yankovic.
Past narrators Kirkman and Brewster are back as well.
Drunk History creator Waters evoked Friday Night Lights when speaking to Entertainment Weekly about this season's guests: "Casting season two, I had one thing in mind - to keep clear eyes and a full heart so I wouldn't lose.

"I was lucky enough to get several cast members from Friday Night Lights as well as the Hollywood Hall of Fame of my favourite dream actors to work with, no matter what their IMDb star meter is."
Drunk History returns on July 1 at 10pm on Comedy Central in the US.
