The former Pussycat Doll told fans on Instagram that the song was "coming soon".
'Run' will be the debut US single from Scherzinger's upcoming album Big Fat Lie . It premiered on radio and online earlier this month.
In the UK, Scherzinger will release 'On the Rocks' as her new single on October 12.
'On the Rocks' serves as the follow-up to her previous single 'Your Love', which reached number eight on the chart back in July.
The singer will release Big Fat Lie through RCA Records on October 20 as her second studio collection.
