Fresh details regarding Battlefield 4 will be shared later this month, it has been confirmed.

DICE will be revealing a brand-new map and game mode for the upcoming first-person shooter at gamescom 2013.

"See an all-new #BF4 map and game mode in action during the gamescom Live Stream," reads a tweet from the official Battlefield Twitter account.
The event will start on August 21 and will run until August 25.
It was confirmed a couple months ago that the game's multiplayer mode will support up to 64 players and 'Commander Mode' will see a return.
Battlefield 4 arrives in North America on October 31 and in Europe on November 1 for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
