TV Land and Sex and the City's Darren Star will collaborate on a new series for the network.

The project is described as a single-camera comedy adaption of writer Pamela Redmond Satran's novel Younger.

Younger chronicles the life of a newly-divorced mother who reinvents herself as a 20-year-old in New York, Deadline reports.
Star is currently said to be writing the script for the project with the series' development a top priority for TV Land.
"Between Sex and the City, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Melrose Place, Darren has created some of the most iconic and beloved shows in the history of television," TV Land's EVP Keith Cox said.
Star is also credited for his work on the television series Grosse Pointe and The $treet.
