According to TMZ , the Wolverine actress alerted police after arriving home to her New York City apartment and finding a children's book titled The Lonely Doll in her bedroom.

Janssen apparently told the authorities that it is likely someone broke into her home, as she does not own a copy of The Lonely Doll.
The book tells the story of two toys who pledge to never leave each other's side.
Law enforcement sources told the website that a burglary investigation remains ongoing, but that there were no signs of forced entry.
Janssen has not issued any comment on the matter.
