Back in March, the 74-year-old actress was given only a few months to live after being diagnosed with a form of terminal cancer.

However, her latest scan has revealed a huge improvement in her condition.
"I'd say that we're getting pretty close to a remission. It defies the odds," neuro-oncologist Jeremy Rudnick told Today.
Harper has leptomeningeal carcinomatosis, a form of cancer that attacks the membranes around the brain.
"It's not curable, there's no question. It has to be managed," Harper said of her illness.
"Spontaneous remission lives as a possibility. I think infinite possibility is beautiful in every area. A lot of stuff that looks impossible is not."
Her husband Tony Cacciotti added: "Going from having three months to live or less, we're into our sixth month. And now there's even hope beyond that. This is overwhelming."
Valerie Harper will reportedly take part in the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars .
