Hollywood's showing some skin!
Crop tops are still dominating the red carpet, even as summer wraps up. While promoting her new flick Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Lily Collins has paraded a variety of the midriff-baring ensembles. One favorites, however, was her Houghton lace top and high-low skirt combo that she wore in Madrid, Spain.
New mom Kristin Cavallari also chose to sport the tummy trend in an all white outfit with bright blue pumps in Las Vegas. The former reality star had quite the fab abs too—especially considering she gave birth to son Camden just one year ago.

In New York, Tina Fey and Heidi Klum topped the list as the best dressed this week. The former 30 Rock star looked chic in a simple two-tone Reed Krakoff dress while visiting Late Night with David Letterman. And the America's Got Talent judge glowed in a crystal-embroidered Kaufmanfranco sheath and Lorraine Schwartz jewery.
While across the pond in London, Elizabeth Hurley wowed in a silk emerald number—which gave us flashbacks to Sofia Vergara 's stunning CFDA gown!
