The former Coronation Street star ranted in the diary room after discovering that Sophie Anderton and Courtney Stodden had discussed nominations with each other.
The pair were sent to jail by Big Brother after revealing that they nominated each other in the first round of nominations earlier this week.
Big Brother also announced that the house would be punished with no hot water, no access to the gym and no electrical appliances until further notice.
Bruce hit out at Sophie, saying that "for someone who doesn't drink she sure makes a f**king fool of herself".
During a conversation with Carol McGiffin, he said that he thinks the pair should be humiliated.
Carol said: "F**king idiots! I'm just sick of it. If you break the rules, they won't let you go home - they just make everybody suffer."
"Suffer, I'd make them suffer for something stupid. I would humiliate them," Bruce replied.
Later in a conversation with Big Brother, he added: "I don't think the punishment is enough for me if I'm honest... I would have them in that jail until eight o'clock tomorrow morning and no-one is allowed to speak to them.
"That punishment has got to be more severe. They put the rest back in punishment and it's not right... No cups of tea, no food, just a glass of water every now and again. Let them cry. Let them realise what they have done wrong."
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight (September 1) at 9pm on Channel 5.
