The star - who also faced eviction last week - discovered that she had been nominated by three of her fellow housemates.
This week's nominations were screened to the house as Big Brother revealed that Lauren would face the public vote alongside Sophie Anderton, Courtney Stodden, Louie Spence and Bruce Jones.
She was visibly upset as she watched Bruce, Dustin Diamond and Mario Falcone nominate her. The former Coronation Street star labelled her "an accident waiting to happen".
Later, Lauren became tearful as she looked at a picture of her parents.
She said aloud: "I feel so alone. I want to stay here and I know you are with me and I love you so much.
"You seem miles away, I don't know how I am going to cope, you don't realise how much you miss someone until they are gone."
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight (September 2) at 9pm on Channel 5, with the next live eviction on Wednesday (September 4).
