John Abraham has been prohibited from using the title Hamara Bajaj for his home production.
Indian automobile firm Bajaj Auto filed a petition at the Bombay High Court against JA Entertainment Pvt Ltd, on hearing that the filmmakers intended to use the company's popular advertising slogan title for the film.
According to PTI , a permanent injunction was granted by the court, restraining JA Entertainment from using Hamara Bajaj as a title or anywhere in the movie.
Abraham's production company had earlier stated that Hamara Bajaj was a working title of the film.
Starring Ayushmann Khurrana as a struggling actor alongside his Vicky Donor co-star Yami Gautam, the film will be directed by Shoojit Sircar.
In an interview last year with Digital Spy, Abraham said he wants to make cinema he believes in.
