In an exclusive interview with InTouch Weekly , where her new look was revealed, Horn said her goal in getting the surgery was "to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old".
Horn, who has dreams of a Hollywood career, also told the magazine: "I'm hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that."
The 18-year-old is the daughter of Michael Lohan, who had an affair with her mother Kristi Horn while still married to Dina Lohan in 1995.
After several years of public dispute over paternity, a DNA test carried out on a TV talkshow in 2011 proved definitively that Michael was indeed Horn's father.

Michael has now come out to slam his daughter's surgery, telling Radar Online : "I think it's sick, and somewhat pathetic, that a mother would allow her 18-year-old to do such a thing when Dina and I would never condone anything like that for Ali or Lindsay.
"And other than maybe a little lip plumper, nothing was ever done with either of my daughters."
Lindsay has yet to comment on Horn's surgery. She revealed after the DNA results were revealed that she wants nothing to do with her half-sister.
