Adina Porter has been made a series regular for the upcoming season of True Blood.

The actress has played the mother of Rutina Weasley's character Tara Thornton on the HBO show since season one.

According to Deadline , Porter will play a bigger role as Lettie Mae Thornton and appear on more episodes on the final season of the vampire series.
Porter is known for supporting roles on The Newsroom, Law & Order and Grey's Anatomy .
Producers of the show have also made actress Baily Noble a series regular for the final season.
True Blood will end in its seventh season in 2014.
