'Boy Meets World' star Rider Strong marries partner in Oregon

Rider Strong has married his partner Alexandra Barreto in Oregon.

The Boy Meets World star tied the knot at a ceremony held at a summer camp on Sunday (October 20), reports People .

The wedding was held a day after his former co-star Danielle Fishel also got married.

"I am missing some of my Boy Meets World family," Strong said in a statement.

"That was my fault, [Danielle] chose the date first," he added.

His camp-themed wedding included a ropes course, games and a talent show, while guests also stayed overnight in bunks at the campsite.

The 33-year-old is best known for his role as Shawn Hunter on the 1990s sitcom Boy Meets World. However, he is thought to have declined an offer to reprise the role for the spinoff series Girl Meets World.

Strong has been dating Barreto since meeting on the set of the TV series Pepper Dennis in 2006.
