When asked by a caller which act will have the most longevity in the music industry, Walsh replied: "Whoever works hardest!
"I think Rough Copy should get a record deal. I think Luke [Friend] should get a record deal. Sam Bailey will definitely get a record deal."
When Flack asked Walsh if he would manage any of them, the judge replied: "Yes, definitely. They're all manageable, they're all workable."
Bailey, Luke Friend, Nicholas McDonald and Rough Copy sang songs by Sir Elton John and Beyoncé in tonight's X Factor semi-final.
The X Factor continues on Sunday (December 8) on ITV.
