Playboy magazine has launched a lawsuit against Harper's Bazaar for allegedly using its pictures of Kate Moss without permission.

According to WENN, court documents filed Friday (January 17) claim that editors at Harper's Bazaar not only posted a photo of Moss dressed as a Playboy bunny online, but also linked to a website which featured copyrighted nude images of her.

The British supermodel recently posed for Playboy's 60th anniversary issue, in a full magazine spread.

According to WENN, court documents filed Friday (January 17) claim that editors at Harper's Bazaar not only posted a photo of Moss dressed as a Playboy bunny online, but also linked to a website which featured copyrighted nude images of her.
Playboy is seeking $150,000 (£91,000) per photo for copyright infringement.
Bosses at Harper's Bazaar have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
Moss recently celebrated Playboy's 60th at a star-studded event at the Playboy club.
