Osborne topped the leaderboard when the judges' scores and viewers' votes were combined, meaning that he progressed to the next round immediately.
Lloyd also made it through after taking on Penny Mordaunt in the splash-off.
Patrick Monahan and Paul Young were eliminated from the competition along with Mourdant.
Osborne and Lloyd now join Digital Spy's Anna Williamson and Keith Duffy and heat one's Perri Kiely and Michaela Strachan in the next round of the show.

"I didn't expect that, to be honest. I promise to pick up my game," TOWIE star Osborne said of his win.
Lloyd, who suffered a nasty injury in rehearsals earlier this week, said: "I'm going to start doing some tucks and somersaults. Thank you to everyone who voted, because I've got so much more to give."
Splash! continues next Saturday (January 25), with Jenny Eclair, Richard Whitehead, Una Foden, Austin Healy and Pollyanna Woodward taking the plunge at 6.45pm on ITV.
