Coronation Street and The Bill actor Andrew Lancel , who previously played the title role for the play's Liverpool run at the Epstein Theatre in 2012, reprises his part as The Beatles' manager.
Also returning in the two-hander is Will Finlason, playing This Boy once more in the play written by Andrew Sherlock and directed by Jen Heyes.
"As a huge Beatles fan I am absolutely delighted to be returning to London and this role, wonderfully written by Andrew Sherlock," Lancel said. "Especially in the year that would have seen Brian Epstein celebrate his 80th birthday."
The two-hour play runs from Wednesday, July 30 to Saturday, September 6.
Performances are on Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with matinees on Thursday at 3pm and an early show on Saturday at 4pm.
Tickets are priced from £20 to £42.50, with concessions available.
Epstein will this year be posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame following a fan campaign.
The Heritage Foundation has today confirmed that a Blue Plaque will be installed in Epstein's memory on Sunday, June 29 at Sutherland House, 5/6 Argyll Street in London adjacent to the London Palladium.
David Stark of the foundation said: "It is totally fitting that Brian Epstein should be honoured in his 80th birthday year, and at one of the most prestigious showbusiness locations in the world - right next door to the London Palladium, where his clients The Beatles, Cilla [Black], Gerry [and the Pacemakers] and Billy J [Kramer] all performed.
"The Heritage Foundation is proud to honour the man who paved the way for so many others in the music business, and who is still recognised as being one of the most visionary, hard-working and totally honest managers of all time, without whom the Beatles phenomenon might never have happened."
