Earlier in the evening, a repeat of Last Man Standing scored 0.9 (4.59m) at 8pm, while The Neighbors rose one tenth to 0.9 (3.78m) at 8.30pm.
Over on Fox, Rake matched last week's timeslot debut with 0.5 (1.92m) at 8pm. A repeat of Enlisted earned 0.4 (1.25m) at 9pm, before Raising Hope dropped one tenth to 0.4 (1.42m) at 9.30pm.

On NBC, Grimm dropped one tenth to 1.5 (5.73m) at 9pm. Hannibal followed at 10pm, matching last week's 0.9 (2.79m).
CBS's coverage of the second night of the NCAA Basketball Tournament averaged 1.2 (3.92m) between 8pm and 11pm.
Over on Fox, Rake matched last week's timeslot debut with 0.5 (1.92m) at 8pm. A repeat of Enlisted earned 0.4 (1.25m) at 9pm, before Raising Hope dropped one tenth to 0.4 (1.42m) at 9.30pm.
The CW's Whose Line Is It Anyway premiered with a double-bill between 8pm and 9pm. The episodes both scored 0.6 and attracted 1.91 million viewers.
Meanwhile, Hart of Dixie improved slightly with a 0.4 (1.23m) at 9pm.
