The song serves as the title track of his latest album, which has sold over 600,000 copies since its release in November last year.
'Since I Saw You Last' follows his number two hit 'Let Me Go' and duet with Elton John 'Face To Face'. The single will be released on April 14.
Barlow begins his 14-date headline arena tour on March 29 at Belfast's Odyssey Arena before heading to London's O2 Arena on April 5 and 6.
Eliza Doolittle will support Barlow during the tour.
