The 29-year-old actress, who is expecting her first child with French fiancé Romain Dauriac, teamed the Michael Kors suit with a loose black blouse and pair of metallic sandals as she posed on the red carpet at Le Grand Rex in the French capital.
Chris Evans reprises his role as Captain America in the Marvel movie sequel, where he teams up with Black Widow (Johansson) and Falcon (Anthony Mackie) to investigate a global conspiracy.
The film also features the return of both Cobie Smulders as SHIELD agent Maria Hill and Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter.
Evans and co-star Samuel L Jackson, who plays Nick Fury, were also in attendance at the screening.
It was recently reported that Johansson's pregnancy will not affect the progress of Avengers: Age of Ultron, with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige recently explaining: "We didn't change the script at all, which is sort of the most important thing for us in terms of the storyline.
"I think the goal is for us to sit here talking about the fact that you would never know that Black Widow was pregnant during the filming of the movie when you see the final version of Avengers 2."
Johansson is reportedly due to give birth in August.
