The play version of the 1997 comedy movie opened at the Noel Coward Theatre in London on February 25.
It had been scheduled to run until mid-June, but will stage its final performance on March 29.
The show was nominated in the Best Comedy category at this year's Olivier Awards earlier this month.
Star Kenny Doughty wrote on Facebook that he was "devastated and heartbroken" after hearing of the news.
He said: "Yesterday, on the day we had two full houses and two standing ovations, in the week our play got an Olivier nomination, we were given the shocking news that the play is being pulled.
"I am utterly devastated not only for myself but for every single soul that has given their all for this play. We deserved better."
Simon Beaufoy adapted his own Oscar-nominated script for the stage, becoming a successful hit at the Lyceum in Sheffield, where the story is set. However, it failed to attract similar audiences in London.
The Full Monty was previously adapted into a US musical set in Buffalo, opening on Broadway back in 2000. It transferred to London in 2002, running for eight months.
