The 21-year-old 'Adore You' singer appeared with Lavigne in the light-hearted Instagram video after she finished the Canadian leg of her 'Bangerz' world tour in Toronto last night.
In the short clip, Cyrus is seen wearing a onesie emblazoned with a cannabis leaf pretending to read a magazine about how popular Lavigne is in her native country.
She then says: "I'm in f**king Canada," before Lavigne appears.
The 'Let Me Go' singer says: "I am actually the most famous person in Canada," to which Cyrus replies: "I may not be Canadian, but I'm the most famous person in Canada, you dumb f**king bitch."
The pair are then seen pretending to fight, while Cyrus shouts: "F**k you."
Cyrus, who has been recording new music with The Flaming Lips, recently hit the headlines when one of her tour buses burst into flames on the American leg of her tour.
