The feature is apparently separate from the Clock app on Android and when activated can estimate when you should exit.

According to Android Police , the intelligent personal assistant can now alert you when you are approaching your station.

Availability varies from country to country, depending on whether Google has public transport planning in your area and network coverage.
Google Now recently added bill reminder info cards based on details extracted from Gmail inboxes.
Earlier this year, Google introduced an info card telling drivers where they parked their car.
