Sandra Bullock has won an emergency protective order against the man arrested for breaking in to her property on Sunday morning (June 8).
Bullock is believed to have been at home at the time of the incident.

39-year-old Joshua Corbett was booked on suspicion of residential burglary after being found "checking out the house" at around 6.30am, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Bullock is believed to have been at home at the time of the incident.
Her spokesperson has since told People that she "is unharmed and is fine".
It does not appear that Corbett has a history of contact with the actress.
The actress had been in LA to receive the Decade of Hotness Award at Spike's Guys' Choice Awards on Saturday night (June 7) .
