We Talked To The Cool Kids At The Climate March, And What They Had To Say Will Inspire You

The People’s Climate March in New York City on Sunday was overwhelming, to say the least — but not because I was getting trampled or confused or anything like that. The march was overwhelming because it’s the only place I’ve seen that many people united for one thing: Mother Nature.


There were people of all sizes, races, ages, disabilities and ethnicities. They came from all over. Some of them hopped on the subway to get to the Central Park meeting place; some people flew; some roadtripped. We met a brother and sister from Vancouver Island — that’s 3,000 miles away!



We asked the young people among the thousands of marchers why they were participating, and their answers were inspiring. Check it out:
