Glowy Zoey, the tiny toddler with brilliant parents who took Halloween by storm in 2013, officially has the Best Costume Ever for the second year in a row.
The concept remains the same, because why mess with a good thing, but gets even better this time with the addition of Mickey Mouse ears and a rainbow color scheme. (According to the Daily Dot, this year’s trick-or-treating took place at Disneyworld, where everyone’s favorite stick figure netted a three-pound haul of candy.)
