Super Bowl Sunday: It's apparently the one time it's OK to be covered in Dorito dust and wing sauce for an entire day, and there's nothing wrong with that.
The first Sunday in February has unofficially become National Schlub Day. Look, we know that's a little harsh, but we're totally guilty of it too. Who doesn't love sweatpants and not moving for hours on end? For some, that's like a Fifty Shades fantasy it sounds so good.
Since bad habits can be so addicting, this is just a friendly reminder that there are some traditions during the big game that should not be everyday indulgences.
Let's all make a promise to each other to shower before work on Monday, huh? Until then, let's be shameless with some of these gross "traditions!"
