Adam Lambert has confirmed the title of his new album.
"Thrilled to announce the title of my upcoming album: THE ORIGINAL HIGH #theoriginalhigh," Lambert tweeted, making the announcement to coincide with his 33rd birthday.
"I'm very excited. I think it's going to be really great, with stuff on there that is a slightly different direction from what I have done before, which I'm really looking forward to because I don't like repeating myself."

The singer will release The Original High later this year as his third studio collection, after signing a new deal with Warner Bros Music.

The new project has hitmakers Max Martin and Shellback (Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry) as executive producers.
"I've already put in a good amount of time in the studio and I'm going to continue and finish it," Lambert recently told GLAAD.
"I'm very excited. I think it's going to be really great, with stuff on there that is a slightly different direction from what I have done before, which I'm really looking forward to because I don't like repeating myself."
Lambert will release his new single in April, following his TV debut as a new full-time judge on American Idol earlier this month.
