Motorcyclist In Crash Flips And Sticks The Landing Like A Ninja: Watch

In an incredible first-person video uploaded to YouTube Thursday, a biker wearing a helmet cam accelerates through his green light and then gets T-boned in the middle of the intersection by a car running a red. The POV camera (and presumably the rider) spins into the air … and the dude appears to land upright in the street. Is he half-cat?!

In fact, the motorcyclist seems to be so with-it that he has the frame of mind to chew out the driver and point out the wreckage of his bike, before limping over to the sidewalk:

The video description claims that the accident happened on Wednesday, and goes into detail about the helmet camera and customized bike, claiming “ATGAT [ed note: all the gear all the time] saved me from my injuries as I walked away with only bumps and bruises.”

Any time a video like this emerges, it’s only natural to question whether it’s real. The scene itself seems real, but there’s no location info, and a quick search online didn’t turn up any other details about the video. A dealer plate on a Ford seems to say “Razzari,” and there’s a Razzari Ford in California, but nothing currently pops up for this incident when the search is narrowd down to Cali.

But what really confused me was the fact that, with his motorcycle wrecked by the sidewalk, why did he walk over to the other side of the street to recuperate? (Also a red flag? The fact that the YouTube user who posted it goes by the name “Legitimate Business Man.”)

That said, this wouldn’t be the first time this sort of feat was caught on tape. Last year, a video of a motorcycle rider apparently flipping and landing feet-first on top of a car “#SpidermanStyle” went viral:

Back in 2012, video of a more gnarly collision showed a man limping after landing upright.
