There are pet lovers and then there is Ariana Grande.
The singer posted a series of photos of her newest dog, Sirius Black (props for the excellent “Harry Potter” reference), on her Instagram yesterday.
Dubbed the latest member of her “puppy posse,” Sirius Black is the sixth dog Ariana has adopted. Her other pets include Fawkes, Coco, Toulouse, Ophelia, and Cinnamon, who was just adopted in early December.
Ariana also made a witty “Grey Gardens” reference, claiming, “i am going to be the edie beale of dogs.”
“Grey Gardens” was a 1975 documentary about reclusive mother-daughter socialites, commonly referred to as “Big Edie” and “Little Edie.” Their house had no running water, was infested with fleas and was filled with cats. We’re pretty sure Ariana would never let things get that far. Her puppy love is true and real.
