Black Grape announce Manchester reunion gig for We Are Reality Party

Black Grape have announced details of their forthcoming reunion gig.

The band, which features Bez and Shaun Ryder of The Happy Mondays, will play at Manchester's Old Granada Studios on April 11.

The concert will raise money for Bez's We Are The Reality Party election campaign.

Black Grape last performed together in 2010 following a 12-year hiatus.

Bez was recently forced to rename his political party from The Reality Party to We Are The Reality Party.

Bez launched his campaign for election as an MP in Salford in January.

He criticised the Labour Party and bankers during a launch speech, as well as handing out free beers to potential constituents.
