Presley performed covers of 'That's When Your Heartaches Begin' and 'My Happiness' on 78 rpm acetate as an 18-year-old in 1953.
The recordings were sold at an auction that took place at Presley's Graceland home on January 8, which would have been Presley's 80th birthday.
As Billboard reports, White bought the tracks and plans to release them via his label Third Man Records on vinyl for Record Store Day.
'That's When Your Heartaches Begin' and 'My Happiness' were hits for Ink Spots and Jon and Sondra Steele in 1941 and 1948 respectively.
