Red Nose Day: 1D replaced by Johnny Vegas, Jack Dee and co for Comic Relief

One Direction are usually a staple of TV charity events, but they will be surprisingly missing from this year's Comic Relief.

But don't fret, Directioners, as the BBC has put together a tribute band to get you through the night. Say hello... to No Direction.

Johnny Vegas, Vic Reeves, Jack Dee, Patrick Kielty and Nick Helm have teamed up to form the not-so-supergroup.

No Direction are expected to perform One Direction's 'Best Song Ever' during the charity telethon Friday (March 13).

Vegas will transform into Liam Payne, Reeves will be Harry Styles, Dee will perform as Louis Tomlinson, Kielty will appear as Niall Horan, and Helm will step in for Zayn Malik.

The skit is somewhat similar to 2011's Fake That, which saw John Bishop, Catherine Tate, James Corden, Alan Carr and David Walliams replacing Take That.

Red Nose Day airs on Friday, March 13 from the London Palladium, and will be broadcast on BBC One and Two.
