Graves will star as John, the husband of politician Claire, who has spent the last decade writing a book series on grief following their son's disappearance.

The Sherlock actor will star alongside Joan Allen, Liam James and Madeleine Arthur in the currently untitled project, reports Deadline .
Graves will star as John, the husband of politician Claire, who has spent the last decade writing a book series on grief following their son's disappearance.
However, the pilot will focus on the couple's shock when their son (James) returns after being presumed dead.
The pilot is penned by Jenna Bans and will be directed by Paul McGuigan.
Last week, Weekend at Bernie's star Andrew McCarthy was cast as the man who is released from jail after serving 12 years for the murder which didn't happen.
In addition to Sherlock, Graves has also starred in V for Vendetta, Maurice, A Room With a View and Made in Dagenham. He will next be seen in the film Sacrifice, alongside Radha Mitchell.
