The Academy Award winning actor lip-syncs to Jepsen's new single 'I Really Like You', before being joined by the singer and Justin Bieber for a group dance.
Hanks, Jepsen and Bieber were recently spotted leading a flash mob in New York as they filmed scenes for the music video last month.
In a recent press release, the 'Call Me Maybe' singer said about the song: "Lyrically, it's about that time in a relationship when it's too soon to say 'I love you,' but you're well past, 'I like you' and you're at the 'I really, really like you' stage."
The single is taken from her upcoming studio album, the follow-up to 2012's Kiss , and has previously been praised by Jepsen's manager Scooter Braun as being on the same level as 'Call Me Maybe'.
The 29-year-old co-wrote the track alongside J Kash and The Cardigans' Peter Svensson.
