World of Warcraft Tokens allow players to exchange gold and game time

World of Warcraft Tokens have been introduced by Blizzard Entertainment.

Purchasable with actual money, the new in-game items will allow players to exchange gold and game time between one another.

Once they're bought, tokens can be sold on the in-game Auction House for gold at the current market price.

When players buy a token from the Auction House for gold, the token becomes Soulbound and the player can then redeem it for 30 days of game time.

According to Battle.net, the World of Warcraft Token was created to give players with plenty of extra gold the option to use it to help cover their subscription cost.

It also serves as an option of giving those who want to purchase gold a way to do so from fellow players through a secure system.

Tokens will be making their debut in an upcoming patch for the game.

Also as part of an update, new colour-blind support options will be introduced to World of Warcraft.
