The music fest might be over, but we still can't get over the performer's onstage glow. Makeup artist Kirin Bhatty explains how we can achieve her look, too.

Coachella has come and gone, but we can’t get Florence and the Machine of our mind; from weekend one, where Florence Welch rocked out so hard, she broke her foot, to last weekend, where Father John Misty made a surprise appearance during the redhead’s set, for a duet on “Love Hurts.”
As if we weren’t already girl crushing hard enough on Florence, we’re also totally digging the songstress’ weekend two onstage makeup look, courtesy of makeup artist Kirin Bhatty.

“This week Florence's set was different, she was sitting, not running around. Her look is a little more ethereal because of the strings and more acoustic setting—versus last week's performance, where she jumped off stage and injured herself,” explains Bhatty, who also worked with the artist during weekend one. “I went for glowy, especially around the orbital bones, with inky black lashes that were combed through with just a bit of taupe-toned shadow at the lashline.”
Because Florence is a fair redhead, Bhatty also explains that a little product goes a long way: colors pop easily on the songstress’ light complexion. For this reason, Bhatty employed a lot of pink and nude shades, including Smashbox Brow Tech Trio in Auburn ($26) on her brows, mixed with pencils from Kevyn Aucoin ($26) in Warm Blonde. For Florence’s lips, Bhatty opted for a barely-there hue, combining Tarte’s Power Pigment in Exposed ($24), layered with Lucas’ Papaw Ointment ($10).

And the secret to getting Florence performance ready? “I use Urban Decay’s All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray ($14) and hit her with a little Dior Diorskin Forever pressed powder ($54) before she gets on stage.”
