Van T Rudd's 'crucified' child refugee sculpture to hang in public library

A hyper-realistic, life-sized sculpture of a refugee child hanging as if crucified on a wall surrounded by politicians' faces is one of a series of new artworks addressing the treatment of asylum seekers.
