Katy Perry and President Obama tag-teamed a message Sunday night during MTV's Video Music Awards.
Open enrollment for health care exchanges begins Oct. 1, thanks to the Affordable Care Act, and Perry retweeted Obama's note that "If you're one of millions of young Americans w/out health insurance, you can get affordable coverage starting Oct. 1."
"Thanks for spreading the word. #ROAR," he wrote Sunday night, soon after the pop star posed with Richard Simmons for photos ahead of the VMAs.
