The episode, titled 'The Quarterback', airs tonight (October 10) in the US and on October 18 in the UK. Project Limelight is a free performing arts programme for young people living in Vancouver's inner-city.
'Glee' Cory Monteith tribute episode - first look
Lea Michele - who dated Monteith both on and off screen - will perform a solo rendition of 'Make You Feel My Love' in the episode.
Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, is performing The Band Perry's 'If I Die Young' and Amber Riley's Mercedes is taking on 'I'll Stand By You', which Monteith's Finn performed in season one.
The cast will also perform 'Seasons of Love' from the musical Rent and 'Fire and Rain'.
Mark Salling, who stars as Puck, will sing Bruce Springsteen's 1984 track 'No Surrender'. Puck and Finn performed another Springsteen track 'Glory Days' in Glee's third season.
Michele recently opened up about the death of her boyfriend and Glee co-star Monteith, saying: "I feel like, for me personally, I've lost two people: Cory and [his Glee character] Finn."
Monteith passed away in Vancouver in July from an accidental overdose involving a mixed drug toxicity.
