will.i.am: 'I want to join Britney Spears on stage in Las Vegas'

will.i.am has revealed that he would like to join Britney Spears on stage in Las Vegas.

The 'Toxic' singer - who opens her residency at Planet Hollywood on December 27 - collaborated with will.i.am on 'Scream & Shout' earlier this year.

will.i.am told E! News : "I can't wait for her Vegas shows to open. I want to go there and support, perform with her."

The Black Eyed Peas frontman is serving as executive producer on the star's upcoming eighth studio album, due out on December 2 in the UK and a day later in the US.

"This record, in my opinion, is going to be one of her best records," he added.

Britney Spears in 'Work Bitch' music video

He teased that fans can expect on the new LP.

Meanwhile, Spears will be in the UK next week promoting her Las Vegas show 'Piece of Me', new single 'Work Bitch' and her still untitled album.

She will also appear on Alan Carr: Chatty Man and be live on Radio 1 this Wednesday (October 16).
