The pair teamed up for a performance of Gaga's track 'Do What U Want' on The Voice last month.
The 'Applause' singer has now debuted the official mix of the collaboration on her YouTube channel.
The duet on the US singing competition came after Gaga publicly apologised to Aguilera - who is currently a coach on the NBC show - about comparisons between them, which caused an online divide between fanbases in 2010.
Gaga revealed that she was a "big fan" of the 33-year-old and said: "All I know is that people were talking about Christina Aguilera and Lady Gaga.
"I just think it's very unfair for anybody to pit another woman against another woman. Especially in the space of music when we are all just trying to be taken seriously.
"From me to her, I'm so sorry for anything anyone ever said to her because of my existence."
'Do What U Want', originally featuring R Kelly, is the second cut to be lifted from Gaga's third album ARTPOP .
The album topped both the UK and US charts upon its release in November.
