Curator Dan Berry has revealed that he will be joined by Kristyna Baczynski, Sarah McIntyre (There's a Shark in the Bath), Fumio Obata (Just So Happens ) and Jack Teagle (Fight) for the marathon at the Kendal convention.

"We are deviating from the normal rules of 24-hour comics, though. Normally, planning and preparation are not allowed with every part of the creative process taking place within the 24 hours," wrote Berry on his blog.
"We want to try something different so we are allowing ourselves to plan in advance, allowing scripting, plotting and doodling. Everything up to putting pen to paper to draw the thing. 24-hour comics are hard work, and we want the comics that we create to be the best they can be.
"We still have a surprise or two to announce, too!"

Scott McCloud was announced this week to be attending the festival.
