The Indian film star and the model from Robin Thicke's international hit will take part in the debate: 'This House Believes Gender Exists to Oppress'.
Sherawat and M'Bengue will be speaking in opposition to the movement alongside activist Steven Whittle and performer S. Bear Bergman.
In proposition for the motion are musician-actor Calpernia Addams, author David Aaronovitch and US laywer Roberta Kaplan.
Sherawat previously spoke out on issues of gender inequality and sexual harassment in India at last year's Cannes Film Festival.
Robin Thicke was labelled as Sexist of the Year by a coalition of women's groups for his heavily criticised 'Blurred Lines' video.
Sherawat and M'Bengue will speak at the Oxford Union on February 27.
