Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead of an apparent drug overdose on Sunday (Feb.2), leading to major speculation about the Academy Award-winning actor's relationship with substances. According to TMZ, Hoffman spent 10 days in rehab during May of 2013, but his troublesome issues with addiction seem to date back much further than that. In the video below, posted in February of 2006, Hoffman talks about getting help and going sober when he was 22.
