'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Diamonds' are the 144th and 145th tracks to reach the sales milestone.
The news comes just a week after Pharrell Williams won his third UK million seller with current chart-topper 'Happy'.
'Rolling In The Deep' is Adele's second million-selling single, following 'Someone Like You'. The song was released in January 2011 as the lead single from her record-breaking album 21.
Meanwhile, 'Diamonds' becomes Rihanna's fourth million seller, after 'We Found Love', 'Love The Way You Lie' and 'Only Girl (In The World)'.
The Bajan singer is second only to The Beatles for the most million sellers in the history of the UK charts.
The Beatles have a total of six million-selling singles, including 'She Loves You', 'I Feel Fine' and 'Hey Jude'.
Official Charts Company's chief executive Martin Talbot commented: "In securing their second and fourth million sellers respectively, Adele and Rihanna join an elevated group of artists - it is a tribute to their massive popularity that they have achieved such accolades.
"Few artists from any era have achieved ONE million seller in the UK, let alone multiple ones. It is also particularly apt, that they have done so leading up to International Women's Day."
