We can only imagine the carpet cleaning bills. If reports are true, then Khloe Kardashian has her hands full with the Calabasas, California mansion she just picked up after moving out of the Tarzana mansion she shared with estranged husband Lamar Odom.
According to US Magazine , Kardashian recently purchased Justin Bieber's legendary party palace in The Oaks gated community.
Bieber moved into the house in 2012 and it quickly became the site of frequent clashes between the 20-year-old singer, his neighbors and police. In addition to complaints from neighbors about Bieber and his crew allegedly speeding around the exclusive bedroom community in his fleet of exotic cars, there were also numerous run-ins with a family next door over noise complaints.
At one point, the complaints escalated to an alleged spitting match and, in an incident that could land Bieber in court on felony vandalism charges, an alleged egging . Bieber reportedly moved out of the home, which he bought for just over $6 million, in January.
According to TMZ, real estate sources say Kardashian paid $7.2 million for the spread. Bieber has reportedly been looking for a new home in Atlanta .
