The rappers joined Rick Ross to perform their collaboration 'Sanctified' on the chat show.
The trio appear on Ross's new album Mastermind , which was released earlier this week.
Hall introduced the group as "Rick Ross and two special friends", before West and Sean appeared on stage.
Mastermind also features appearances from Jay Z, Meek Mill and The Weeknd alongside West and Sean.
Last month, West announced plans to release a Yeezus tour movie, to be directed by Hype Williams.
