The former Hear'Say popstar famously attracted attention on reality show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2006 when she showered in a white two-piece swimsuit.
"I owe a lot to that white bikini," said Klass.
"I find designing swimwear really exciting - it is the most naked you will be in public so it's important that the shape, cut and print are perfect!"
Retail Director at Littlewoods.com Jon Owen added: "Myleene Klass's SS14 swimwear collection is set to be another roaring success for us.
"Her designs are glamorous, sexy and wearable - our customers love them."
Klass's new range feature snakeskin prints, exotic florals, multi-strap black designs and a white crocheted outfit.
Littlewoods.com claims to sell one bikini from Klass's range every 15 minutes.
The new 14-piece collection has launched online today simultaneously with Klass's SS14 fashion collection.
Klass's new fashion range features animal print bodycon, a cut-out maxi and printed mini-dresses.
Pieces are available in sizes 8-20 (for fashion), 32a-38dd (bikini top) and 6-20 (bikini bottoms), and range from £17 to £97.
Klass was first announced as a Style Ambassador for Littlewoods.com in July 2012.
She has designed several womenswear, nightwear and swimwear collections for the retailer in the past.
In the summer, she unveiled her 1950s-style lingerie and her similarly vintage-inspired nightwear collection.
She followed it up with a Christmas lingerie collection.
