The 60-year-old talk show host is to visit eight cities across the US with her 'The Life You Want Weekend' self-help conferences.
The series of dates will see Winfrey travel the country to help people "fulfil their potential".
Each date is a two-day experience. The Friday will see Winfrey host an 'intimate evening event', where she recounts her personal experiences and insights.
The Saturday will see the media mogul headline an all-day gathering with thought leaders and pop culture figures.
"All of my life i have wanted to lead people to an empathy space, to a gratitude space," Winfrey said. "I want us all to fulfil our greatest potential; to find our calling and summon the courage to live it."
The first date will see Winfrey visit Atlanta, Georgia on September 5 and 6, while the tour will conclude in California in mid-November.
Tickets will go on sale next month and start at $99.
